Baked Cod with Chorizo Sausage

- 500 g fresh cod fillet, cut into four pieces
- 250 g roughly chopped Chorizo sausage
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can navy beans (398 mL)
- 1 can Aylmer® Accents® Italian tomatoes (540 mL
- Place cod fillets in a shallow baking dish and bake at 425ºF for 20 minutes.
- While fish is baking, chop Chorizo sausage and sauté with onion for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Add white beans and Aylmer® Accents® Italian tomatoes and pour over fish.
- Serve with sliced lemon.
