Aylmer® Accents® Spicy Red Pepper

+ Cheese + Basil

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh and ready pizza shell
  • 1 can Aylmer® Accents® Spicy Red Pepper tomatoes (540 ml.)
  • 200 g. sliced bocconcini cheese
  • 1/2 cup whole fresh basil leaves

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425º.
  2. Spread Aylmer® Accents® Spicy Red Pepper tomatoes evenly over prepared pizza crust.
  3. Place bocconcini slices on top of tomatoes, followed by basil leaves.
  4. Bake until cheese starts to bubble. Serve with a salad.
