Fettucine with Sausages

Aylmer® Accents® Italian Chunky
+ Sausage + Onion + Green Pepper + Mushroom + Oregano + Pasta
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 450g sweet or spicy Italian sausages, casings removed, sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can Aylmer® Accents® Italian Stewed Tomatoes (540 mL)
- 1/4 cup tomato past
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 250g fettuccine noodles
- Brown sausages, onion, pepper and mushrooms for 6 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve sauce over fettuccine.
