Fusilli with Spinach, Tomao & Goat Cheese

+ Pasta + Spinach + Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked fusilli pasta
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • Aylmer® Accents® Low Sodium tomatoes (540 ml.)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, add fresh spinach, Aylmer® Accents® Low Sodium tomatoes and crumbled goat cheese.
  2. Add freshly cooked fusilli and toss.
  3. Top with grated parmesan cheese and serve.
