Aylmer® Accents® Garlic & Olive Oil
+ Cucumber + Green Pepper + Onion + Parsley + Cilantro
- 1 can Aylmer® Accents® Petite Cut Tomatoes with Garlic & Olive Oil (540 mL)
- 1/2 cup English cucumber, finely diced
- 1/2 sweet green pepper, finely diced
- 2 tbsp minced red or Spanish onion
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tbsp cilantro, minced
- 1 cup water, or tomato or vegetable juice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Dash of hot pepper sauce
- Combine tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, onion, herbs, water and vinegar in large bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, add hot pepper sauce.
- Stir well. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Serve cold, topped with croutons.
