Gnocchi all’Arrabbiata

Aylmer® Accents® Spicy Red Pepper

+ Basil + Cheese


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can Aylmer® Accents® Petite Cut Tomatoes with Spicy Red Pepper (540 mL)
  • 1 pkg fresh or frozen potato gnocchi (500 g)
  • Fresh Italian parsley or basil,
  • chopped Parmesan cheese


  1. Cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered while preparing gnocchi. Add cooked gnocchi to tomato sauce.
  3. Stir gently and sprinkle with parsley or basil. If desired, top with cheese.
