Greek Style Lamb Chops

Aylmer® Accents® Original Petite Cut
+ Lamb + Garlic + Lemon + Olives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 lamb loin chops
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can Aylmer® Accents® Original Stewed Tomatoes (540 mL)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Greek seasoning
- 8 thin slices of lemon
- Brown lamb on both sides then drain fat. Add garlic.
- Combine tomatoes with cornstarch and seasoning and add to frypan.
- Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Top with lemon slices and olives.
- Simmer uncovered 5 to 10 minutes.
