Mediterranean Tuna Pasta

Aylmer® Accents® Italian Chunky
+ Onion + Garlic + Zucchini + Tuna + Olives + Pasta
- 1 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 can Aylmer® Accents® Italian Stewed Tomatoes (540 mL)
- 1 can chunk tuna (170 g), drained and flaked
- 1/3 cup sliced pitted black olives (opt.)
- Cooked pasta
- Sauté onion, garlic, zucchini and sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in flour, cook for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Add tuna and olives and simmer until heated thoroughly.
- Serve over pasta.
