Quick Butter Chicken

Aylmer® Accents® Original Chunky
+ Chicken + Butter + Cilantro
- 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbs. tandori paste
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 can Aylmer® Accents® Chunky Original tomatoes (540 ml.)
- 2 tbs. Thai red curry paste
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup heavy cream Fresh cilantro
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with 1 tablespoon tandori paste and 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste.
- Sautee in butter for 5 minutes, then remove chicken and reserved liquids.
- Add 1 tablespoon tandori paste, 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste, tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken, yogurt and cream and simmer for 7 minutes or until chicken is tender.
- Serve over basmati rice, garnished with cilantro leaves.
