Quick Tomato Vodka Sauce for Pasta

+ Pasta + Butter + Onion
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup vodka (or chicken stock)
- 1 can Aylmer Italian tomatoes (540 ml.)
- 1 cup cream
- Sauté onion and butter in a deep skillet until onions are translucent.
- Add vodka (or stock) and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add tomatoes gently crushing with a fork, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cream and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Toss with your favourite pasta and enjoy.
