Stuffed Peppers with Orzo

Aylmer® Accents® Original Chunky

+ Beef + Green Pepper + Pasta + Peas + Cheese


  • 4 bell peppers (green, yellow, orange or red)
  • 1 cup cooked orzo
  • 250 g lean ground beef, sautéed
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 175 g plain or seasoned feta cheese
  • 1 can Aylmer® Accents® Original tomatoes (540 mL)


  1. Cut tops off of bell peppers, hollow out and set aside.
  2. Cook orzo, drain and set aside to cool.
  3. Brown ground beef and remove fat.
  4. Add frozen peas, crumbled feta cheese, orzo and 1/2 can Aylmer® Accents® Original tomatoes.
  5. Stuff peppers with orzo mixture.
  6. Pour the balance of Aylmer® Accents® Original tomatoes into a deep casserole dish.
  7. Place stuffed peppers upright on tomatoes, then cover and bake at 400ºF for 30-35 minutes.
