+ Tilapia + Olive Oil + Olives + Feta Cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 500g tilapia fillets (4 fillets
- 1 can (540 mL) Aylmer® Accents® Cracked Black Pepper & Roasted Garlic Petite Cut Tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano (or Greek seasoning)
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- 1/4 cup sliced pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Heat oil in large non-stick frypan; brown fish on both sides.
- Add tomatoes, oregano, and lemon zest. Simmer uncovered for 8 minutes.
- Top with olives and feta; heat 2 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
